The closed supply chain of green agricultural products is a network structure constituted with up and down enterprises which provide green agricultural products and services for the consumers in the production and circulation process of green agricultural products, and is a supply chain system practicing strictly admit rule to enterprise's member of supply chain, having operation norms and technique standards, supervising at once and dynamically controlling and having trace and retrospection functions to trace timely in order to control validly and manage wholly, to realize development and to attain safety, fast and income with the standard of green logistics and circulation logistics. Its basic frame is made of five layers: core layer, pillar layer, foundation layer, connection layer and application layer. Among the five layers, the core layer is a core which bodies its basic concepts; the pillar layer is made of four pay pillar. That is basic assumption, basic principle, basic technique and basic method; the foundation layer is its theories foundation.
