TOP MANAGER ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNMENT-TO-BUSINESS E-GOVERNMENT SERVICES: A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS PERSPECTIVE

摘要

The purpose of this study is to identify the PPP related factors that determine private business top manageracceptance of G2B e-Government services. Based primarily on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) andsupplemented by the PPP perspective, this study investigates the effect of a set of antecedent factors on theintention to accept G2B e-Government services. Collected from a sample of 185 private top managers of realG2B procurement e-Government services in Taiwan, the results strongly support the utilization of TPB inpredicting private top manager’s intention to accept G2B e-Government services.
