The impact of drug loading and variation of theaqueous media (water, HCl 0.1 N and Artificial GastricJuice) on the self-emulsification process of aSelf-Emulsifying Formulation (SEF) in the absence ofany external agitation was investigated. A differentmechanism was observed for the drug-loaded samplewhen dispersed in aqueous media other than water.
