Technology Innovation is the decisive factor to improve enterprise core competence, and staffs are the core element in carrying out technology innovation. Based on the actual situation of the Chinese retail enterprises, and using Hofstede's cultural dimensions to measure the dimensions of individual staffpsilas cultural value, this paper probes into the effect of differences of staffs' cultural value orientation on the staffs' acceptance and adoption intention of technology innovation on the basis of data analysis.
