Clone and Variation Analysis of the ORF5 Gene of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus(PRRSV) of Henan isolates

Porcine Reproductive and Respiration Syndrome (PRRS) already spread throughout the world-some PRRSV isolateshave reported in China. In Henan Province ,the detailed study about this disease has not announced although the PRRS now is very serious.The GP5 coded by the ORF5 of PRRSV not only possesses neutralization, but also the study about specific cellular immunity and preventing lung alveolus macrophage from damage has reported.So the study and the variation analysis of PRRSV ORF5 gene will help to seek the reason of causing acute PRRS outbreak in Henan Province.
