INTEGRATED ANALYSIS ON THE ENTERPRISES' CORE COMPETENCE AND FURTHER STUDY ON THEIR INTEGRATED CORE COMPETENCE — BASED ON SHEN HUA GROUP COMPANY LIMITED

摘要

The complexity of the possible components of core competencies and their close relationships make it necessary and possible to integrate core competencies. Based on the components of Shen Hua Group's core competencies, this paper makes integrated analysis, builds the integrated analysis framework of this company's core competencies which are composed of operating, coordinating and developing capabilities, and makes further study on the process of integrated analysis on enterprises' core competencies. Based on this analysis, it is found out that the Shen Hua Group's core competencies have an integrated structure, which is composed of operating, coordinating and developing capabilities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concept of enterprises' integrated core competencies and analyses their theoretical meanings.
