Analytical Methods for the Determination of Impurities in Superporous Hydrogels

Analytical methods were developed for thedetermination of impurities in superporous hydrogels(SPH). Both High Performance LiquidChromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography(GC) analytical methods were developed togetherwith sample extraction procedures. Results ofmethod verification studies and sample analyses arepresented.
