The aim of this study is to create polymer-proteinconjugates where protein activity is masked untiltriggering of polymer degradation reinstates activity (1).Using dextrin-trypsin conjugates as a model, the effect ofI) polymer molecular weight and ii) extent of polymerfunctionalisation on the reactivation of the conjugate wasexamined.
