Six Processing Parameters Affecting Poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) Microparticulate Formulation

In any investigation involving more than oneparameter, factorial design offers an approach forefficient experimentation. In line with that, sixprocessing parameters were screened using afractional factorial design. PVA was found toproduce smaller microparticles compared to Tween80. This effect however was dependent on thesonication time.
