A Schedule Method of Continuous Production Process with Discrete Output of Products Stored in A Buffer'

摘要

This paper built a schedule model of continuous production process with discrete output of products stored in a buffer. Dividing processing time into different intervals, it converts the schedule problem of the continuous production into the combinatorial optimization. An example of the continuous process with two production lines is given and the schedule results of the process is obtained by the above optimization method. The calculation indicates that the model and schedule can solve the schedule problem of the continuous production process effectively.
