A combined method is present in this paper in analysis the dynamic stability of rock slope under the loading of blast induced seismic, in which, by combining the dynamic load calculating method of quasi-static method with the load inputting method of dynamic finite element method, such factors as the decay of seismic wave along its way of propagation, the frequency、amplitude、the phase difference of seismic wave, etc., can all be taken into account in analysis of the dynamic stability of slope.Analysis of a real rock slope under loading of blast induced seismic in Lijiaxia Hydraulic Key Project in upper stream of Yellow River is present in the end of paper. The analysis results show that the method proposed in this paper is not only time-saving, but also has a satisfied accuracy, and reveal also that the frequency、amplitude and phase differences of seismic wave have an important influence on dynamic stability of rock slope, the higher the main frequency of seismic wave, the larger permitted critical acceleration of a given slope.
