This paper reviews ComEd's North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) Policies Program.The ComEd progrma is a self-study resource designed to prepare operating personnel for the North American Electric Reliability Council Operator Certification Examination.Details of the program materials will be presented along with a discussion of the development effort and the results of the program to date.
