The fatigue behavior of two microalloyed steels used in the fabrication of car wheel discs was studied. This behavior was evaluated both in the as received condition and with a cold p re-deformation often percent. The tests were performed under stress (load) control with R = 0.6 and a frequency of 14 Hz. S-N curves were plotted with the obtained results. The steels studied are indicated for the fabrication of car wheel discs and showed elevated fatigue resistance in the conditions tested.
