This paper deals with a theoretical dynamics and stability analysis of multi-flexible disks rotating in a confined fluid subjected to swirling fluid flow, resulting in the generation of a strong coupling between the flexible disk's vibration (out-of-plane vibration) and swirling fluid flow generated among the rotating flexible disks.
