It deserves an overal optimization for the future global energy development. As the Pacific Rim nations push for market economy and industrial expansion, their electric power demand must be met by diversified clean energy sources. Industrialized nations in North America, Europe, and Japan are also continuing toward further expansion in power. LNG needs to cmpete against coal, nuclear, and liquid hydrocarbons as fuels for power with definite environmental demands.
