摘要

Online detection is one of the most important demands in modern industry. This paper presents a case study: applying real-time design methods in a cigarette factory online detection. The design methodology adopted is proposed according to five complementary views: environment, function, behavior, performance, material, system development and six stages: requirement definition, system environment analysis, functional analysis, system behavioral analysis, performance analysis and implementation. Then a Master-Slave system is designed for cigarette industry, which proved to be feasible and effective.
