Studies on concrete admixture have brought great advance in cement applied theory. Owing to the success, stiff concrete and plastic concrete production comes to a new era of fluid concrete. Unfortunately, concrete with naphthalene formaldehyde sulfonate salt has an obvious disadvantage, that is the rather great loss of concrete slumps. This not only restricts its applications in premixed concrete, pumping concrete and super-plstic concrete, but also may influence the construction and quality of concrete. Solution of restrain slump loss of concrete with admixture will be another progress in concrete applied technology.
