Behaviour at horizontal loads of the floors with prestressed beamsand filler blocks

The behaviour of two types of floors made by prestressed beams and filler blocksunder horizontal loads have been studied both analitically and experimentally. Many important parameters,such as the floor stiffness, the vertical elements rigidity ratio and the seismic zone havebeen incorporated in the numerical analysis.Two floors specimens were tested under reversed horizontal cyclic loadings up to failure. The experimentalresults were compared with numerical results.
