This paper considers the problem of analysing quadratic stabilization of a linear dynamical system (∑) whose state equation includes a indepedent time-varying uncertain parameter vector q(·). First, this paper gives necessary and sufficient conditions by wihich one can judge that some uncertain systems can be quadratically stabilizable. And then, gives two ways to compute the quadratic stabilizable controller under certain conditions and work out the corresponding quadratic Lyapunov functions. Finally, obtains three sufficient conditions by which one easily knows that some uncertain systems are quadratically stabilizable.
