In the light of industry and teaching experiences, a total of ten engineering technology programs were appraised for the purpose of making recommendation for continuous program improvement. Programs in which basic courses such as physics, chemistry, and electronic devises are taught by traditional sequential methods may not always help students recognize the relationship of physics/chemistry as it applies to electronic material and devices. This paper proposes a pedagogical method of collaborative curricular that will integrate specific course contents in physics/chemistry into teaching in electronic devices, enhance content-based application approach to teaching, as well as help in guiding undergraduate research projects for the engineering technology students.
