EWS: providing Internet connectivity for non-PC devices

The greatest benefit to Embedded Internet of Embedded Web Server (EWS) is without a doubt the availability of a standard connection to the outside world. The use of Web servers in Embedded devices opens new methods in maintenance and supervision of industrial processes and machines. Today's consumers want remote access to their various appliances and devices. In this paper, we address the design and realization of EWS using Web-based management. By adding a Web server into the non-PC device, it is possible to provide a Web-based management user interface, which is user-friendly, inexpensive. Thus all kinds of our equipments around us has been controlled and accessed over the Internet using a standard Web browser. So it is very convenient for us to improve the standard of our lives in the future by using EWS.
