Acoustic scattering of an obliquely incident wave from an extra thin finite cylindrical shell. Time domain analysis

The present study investigates the acoustic wave scattering processes involved in the acoustic backscattering at oblique incidences from an air-filled submerged cylindrical shell with hemispherical endcaps. Oblique incidences are achieved on the cylindrical part of the target.
