Beat-to-beat repolarization duration measurements from ambulatory 24 hour ECG analysis: which is the most reliable method of evaluation?

The quality of repolarization duration measurements is influenced by noise. The variability of 6 standard measures are compared on the basis of 35 Holter ECGs from a practical field study in part highly disturbed. RT/sub max/ corrected by Bazett's formula was found to be the most robust parameter in the given population.
