CD-quality Digitally Controlled TV Stereo Sound Processor

Digital TV-sound standards such as NICAM and D2-MAC now offer CD-equivalent sound quality. The single-chip TV-soundprocessor described below combines CD quality sound processing for both loudspeaker and headphone connections combined with an extremely low error probability of the pilot decoder. It is controlled via a bidirectional serial bus interface.
