Development of super-size, high performance ferrite toroids for the pulsed power applications

Summary form only given, as follows. A series of high performance ferrite toroids have been developed for the linear induction accelerators and other pulsed power applications. The outer diameter of the toroid can be up to 800 mm and the inner diameter up to 510 mm with satured flux of more than 0.4T and residual flux of more than 0.3T. Other features are also described.
