SUperalloys have wide applications in the field of aeronautics and astronatics for their physical and mechanical properties such as heat stability, high strength, corrosion-resistance and wearresistance. Due to bad grindability, low thermal conductivity, high toughness and hardenability, there yield high grinding foces and temperature during profile grinding of superalloys. Thus the grinding burn and thermal microcracks usually occur, which deteriorate the surface quality seriously and have bad influence upon the pratical performance of parts, and lead to low stock-removing efficiency.
