摘要

Based on the electroless Ni-P alloy, the deposition process, the working conditions, and their major effect factos of Ni-P-PTFE-SiC multicomposite particle were analysed and researched. The corrosion resistance, the wear resistance ect. Of prepared Ni-P-PTFE-SiC multicomposite amorphous composite coating wear tested and analyzsed. The results shows that the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite coating are prior to the monomial Ni-P coating, the Ni-P-PTFE coating, and the Ni-P-SiC composite coating.
