To develop an analytical model for principal inorganic pollutants: H_2S-SO_2, NO-NO_2-NO_X, CO (CO_2) and PM_(10) (particle matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 10 μm or less) from a risk area near two industrial plants and an urban area from Constanta district, it is necessary to possess an adequate concentration monitoring data, that help the understanding of physical processes that occur and the model validation. The study of imissions of different pollutants in the study urban area has been concentrated on the main sources of emissions: road transport, stationary combustion processes and industrial processes. The concentration of pollutants was determined by EPAM 5000 instrument - Portable Environmental Particulate Air Monitor between January 2008 and June 2009. Models for the evolution of the concentration of pollutant's evolution have been determined by GRNN methods. The accuracy of the models is very high, the correlation between the registered data and the calculated ones being over 98%.
