The paper presents the possibility of using regenerated mold mixtures in casting manganese steel parts, to be used in the mining industry for coal crushing. We also present the actual technology of casting manganese steel parts, the mold mixtures used in this technology, as well as the advantages of using regenerated mixtures in casting this type of parts.
