摘要

At present, most of the China's furniture drilling operations is in the semi-mechanized state. It still needs workers to pay a lot of manual labor; therefore, workers are prone to fatigue and inefficiencies. This article is mainly about the workers of the row drilling job ergonomics analysis, taking human engineering principle as reference and using EEPP simulation software. It analyzes the energy consumption of operation process by using job analysis method and analyzes workers' job therbligs to optimize ineffective therbligs and improve workers' working efficiency for the furniture manufacturing and production process of human work optimization to provide reference.
