The Dialectical Thinking on Leadership of the Commanders and the Fighting Capability of Troops Under the Target of Building a Strong Military

The final aim and the focal point to realize the target of building a strong military is to improve the fighting capability so as to be able to have competence to fight and win the war, while the leadership of all-level commanders is the key step to realize the target. The author deeply explains his point of view from the following three aspects: the essential connotation of leadership and the fighting capability under the target of building a strong military, internal relationship concerning leadership and the fighting capability production and practical requirement of leadership construction towards promoting the fighting capability, clarify the internal relationship between the leadership and the fighting capability, put forwards the following countermeasures: training and reinforcing officers' leadership qualification depending on college education, improving and exercising position leadership through field mission of troops, cultivating officers' leadership through the whole process of vocational development in the long run.
