Intelligent Management System Research and Design based on MSComm and Winsock

摘要

According to the characteristics and construction goals of distribution sales enterprises, the intelligent sale management system design and development methods based on caller ID display which take full advantage of the advanced telephone and network technologies. Based on the above methods and technologies, the intelligent sale management system had been developed. Moreover, in practical applications, it has achieved good results, and is a good complement for CTI and CRM systems.
