Study on Creative Design of Mechanism Motion Scheme for Four-axis Machining Center

摘要

According to graph theory and mechanism,we studied creative design method of open-chain mechanism motion scheme of four-axis machining center,and presented some typical creative motion schemes by analyzing topological configuration,motion characteristics,and kinematical chain design restrictions of existing machining centers.And Yan's mechanism creative method was improved as suitable for multiple axis machining center's creative design.The results of this paper provided significant references for four-axis machining center creative design.
