The problem of resolving integer ambiguity associated with thernGPS carrier phase measurements makes it difficult to apply therncarrier tracking technique for high precision positioning in realrntime. The problem becomes more difficult when only singlefrequencyrnmeasurements are available as in a low-cost C/A-codernGPS receiver. Also, an efficient and reliable communication linkrnis essential for transferring correction data in real-time relativernpositioning.
