Information Dependency Relations and Coordination in Water Resources Supply Chains of Interbasin Water Transfer Project

摘要

This paper discusses the information dependency relations in the water resources supply chains of interbasin water transfer project,analyzes the cause and harms of "bullwhip effect" in supply chains,gives mathematical explanations,and finally suggests the strategy of reducing "bullwhip effect".
