Survey of Job Happiness of College Students in Enterprise

摘要

The attention of College Students' employment is from difficulty to quality, job quality of college students is reflected from employment rate, employability, satisfaction to the positive experience of happiness. College students are no longer just to find a job, but get happiness experience from job. We explore factors which affect the job happiness of college students by questionnaire, and propose relevant recommendations, in order to better understand the employment situation of university students, enhancing the experience of job happiness, thus contributing to carry out career guidance for college students, solving the problem of employment of college students.
