Research on Cultivation Model to Full-Time Postgraduate of Engineering Major

摘要

In order to enhance cultivation quality and cultivation efficiency of full-time postgraduates of engineering major, a series of reforming practice, such as redesigning of teaching goals, making individualized training plan, implementing the postgraduate tutors system, developing international academic exchanges and lecture of professional knowledge, constructing postgraduate culture base and establishing evaluation quality system of postgraduate education, has been conducted. The significant achievements has been made by the reform. This research can promote the development and improvement of cultivation model to full-time postgraduates of engineering major.
