摘要

IR up-conversion material CaS: Eu~(2+), Sm~(3+) was synthesized by microwave radiation method (MRM). The effect of the different concentrations of Eu~(2+) ion and Sm~(3+) ion on properties of the up-conversion material CaS: Eu~(2+), Sm~(3+) was discussed. The crystal structure was determined by XRD. The experimental results show that the MRM compared to the traditional high temperature solid reaction method exhibits interesting features.
