Human Error Assessment of Coal Mining Based on the Success Likelihood Index Methodology

摘要

To assess human error of coal mining is still difficult because it have some features of diversity and complexity.This paper divides the human error into three categories: managerial human error, technical human error and operating human error.The methods to estimate human error of coal mining were discussed.Using a case study of coal shearer drivers, to assess and analyze operating human error with the success likelihood index methodology (SLIM).The results showed that the success likelihood index methodology is applicable and effective method to assess and analyze operating human error.
