Currently new generation of migrant workers who are a significant force of promoting the economy of our country are facing many realistic crises such as serious employment instability, blind career choices, fuzzy personal orientation, and marginalization in both city and countryside.The main reasons of these crises are that their career planning consciousness is weak and lack of professional training on their career planning.Therefore, it needs to take effective measures to strengthen training on career planning of new generation of migrant workers urgently.Looking at a macro view, career planning of new generation of migrant workers should be taken as the core and an integral role of relevant subjects such as governments, employers, training institutions, mass media, and social organizations should also be played.And then it aims to construct a 'five-in-one' training system about career planning of new generation of migrant workers with the characteristics including the close cooperation among governments, employers and training institutions, supported and assisted by mass media and social organizations and high-level of social involvement.
