The aim of this study which is performed by supporting of Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery Company, was to evaluate the state of job satisfaction and its indicators among its employees. In first phase, the developed questionnaires were distributed among staffs. After analyzing the questionnaire's data, the indicators which had the most and the least affection on the job satisfaction were determined. In the second phase, the indicators which had the most affection on the job satisfaction of employee were prioritized, using group FAHP method and three dimension harmonic gap-capability-influencing matrix. The findings in the first phase, showed that recognition, career promotion, equality, facilities, job security, evaluation and salary and fringes were the effective job satisfaction factors. In the second phase, salary and fringes were recognized as the most important factor on job satisfaction reduction of the employees.
