Research on Incentive Mechanisms of Cyclic Economy for Highway Project Construction

摘要

in parallel to a rapid development of highway construction over the last two decades, china is facing critical challenge to reduce industrial pollution and protect environment. this paper introduces the principle of the 3rs for highway projects construction on the basis of developing cyclic economy. according to the establishment of the principle-agent model, it indicates the internal incentive mechanism is one of the most effective measurements to achieve maximum benefits of both the government and the enterprises.
