There are many frameworks for web applications and Struts is one of them with a collection of Java code designed to help you build solid applications while saving time. It provides the basic skeleton and plumbing, and takes complex applications as a series of basic components: Views, Action classes, and Model components. Web services are new technology for next generation Internet. In this paper, Struts-enabled framework is first described and then a transaction scenario is discussed for web services applications.
