The Viewpoint of Scientific Development and Viewpoint of Overall Science and Technology: the Theoretical Basis of Modern Programme

Based on "the viewpoint of scientific development" , this thesis puts forward the viewpoint of overall science and technology. On carrying a further discussion about the common objective basis of "the scientific development view" and overall science and technology, the thesis also talks about their dialectical relationship. It points out that the actual activities of people are the integration effects produced by natural science and technology, human cultural science and technology, and social science and technology which interact with each other. The thesis also criticizes the traditional viewpoint of science and technology, and states that the viewpoint of scientific development and viewpoint of overall science and technology will be likely to become the theoretical basis of modern programme, thus provide an alternative of methodology for the establishing of programme.
