Clinical application of nanometer biomedicine in checking of virus hepatitis

In this article, nanometer biomedicine was applied for the detection of viral hepatitis. The samples of 156 patients with hepatitis were provided by clinical department, celerity Cell Culture Preparation and nanometer color comparison CMOS chip in-phase were used to visual detect viral hepatitis. Experimental results show that, in the 156 samples, 121 samples are confirmed viral hepatitis, 116 samples are detected after 48h celerity Cell Culture Preparation. 95.9% of the 116 samples are sensitive, 100% of them are specific. 120 samples are detected by use of nanometer color comparison CMOS chip in-phase method, 99.2% of the 120 samples are sensitive, 100% of them are specific, and distinct differences can be found between the two different detection methods. In conclusion, the technology of nanometer can greatly improve the specificity, sensitivity, speed and other abilities of the detection methods.
