We have researched on noise reduction technology and chaos control in nonlinear dynamical system, which is a basic problem in realizing the remote control of biomechanical system. Using Local Projecting Method, we investigated the theorem and method that can objectively determine the main factors (fractal expression length, embedding dimension, local linear space and so on), and developed the corresponding program based on this. To realize the chaos control for the nonlinear dynamical system, also, we proposed a method that is directly able to obtain UPOs(Unstable Periodic Obits) and control parametric perturbance from the scalar time-series, and then obtained the very interested results by applying it to the some nonlinear systems to be familiar dynamics and bio-time-series not to be.
