The Innovation of Management of Intangible Asset in Knowledge-Based Economy Era

Modem society has come into knowledge-based economy era. The major features of knowledge-based economy are the continual innovating of knowledge, the creating of value and the wide using of information technology. In knowledge-based economy society, talent is the soul of knowledge economy and the most essential factor indispensable in the development of knowledge-based economy. In knowledge-based economy, the most valuable and important resources of enterprises are knowledge and intelligence that is intellectual capital. One of the key points of intellectual capital management is to manage knowledge. The intellectual capital of an enterprise is actually represented by a variety of intangible assets. For a high-tech enterprise, science technology is the most important productive factor that directly concerns the survival and development of it. Beginning with intellectual capital, this paper focuses on three parts about managerial innovation of intangible assets in high-tech enterprise in knowledge-based economy era --- consciousness, system and methods.
