The Research on the System Framework of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Based on the Internet/Intranet Technology and Its Evaluation Index System

With the rapid development of the Internet/Intranet technology, the environment of information transmission in enterprises has taken a great change. The material service, manufacturing and client demand have been combined with each other and incorporated into one process day by day. We integrate supply chain management, production planning and control system and customer service management together and discuss a new model of production planning and control system that is ERP based on the Internet technology. It will be a great significant when enterprises adopt this model to realize more flexible and just-in-time, smoother and more normal manufacturing. The evaluation index system for ERP implementation is also discussed.
