摘要

In the view of ontology, knowledge can be divided into individual knowledge and organizational knowledge. Organizational knowledge is determined by Individual knowledge to some degree, but it is not the sum of individual knowledge because of the characteristics of organization as a whole. Since knowledge results from learning, and organizational learning is a process of system thinking based on individual learning, organizational knowledge depends on the effect of learning, the creation of organizational knowledge is a process to converse individual knowledge into organizational knowledge. Based on the crucial link between organizational knowledge and individual knowledge, and between organizational learning and individual learning as above discussed, a model of organizational knowledge conversion process based on learning is built.
