The Research and Practice of the Mode for Talent Training and the Reform of Course System of Electrical Engineering

摘要

The paper expounds the objectives and requirements of talent training of electrical engineering major, from the perspective of " strengthening the basis, widening the scope of specialized knowledge, stressing the training of ability and creative mentality and increasing the adaptability", and also introduces the practical means and effect of the reform of course system and didactical content: the "2.5+1.5" mode for training by stages and the system of united tutors.
